Maison Vior treats the information entrusted to it with the same discretion it extends to the brands in its care. This notice is provided in keeping with Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we hold
When you write to the house, we receive your name, your contact details and the words of your message. We hold nothing beyond what you choose to share, and we collect no more than is necessary for the purpose at hand.
How it is used
Your information serves a single purpose: to answer your enquiry and to attend to our relationship with you, on the lawful bases recognised under the Personal Data Protection Law. It is never sold, never traded and never shared beyond the house, save where the law requires.
In confidence
Information is held securely, with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and is seen only by those within the house whose work requires it. It is kept no longer than the purpose for which it was given, after which it is erased.
Transfers
Maison Vior conducts its work across Dubai and Asia. Where information is transferred beyond the United Arab Emirates, the house ensures it is afforded a level of protection consistent with the Personal Data Protection Law.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask at any time to access, correct, restrict, transfer or erase the information the house holds, and to withdraw your consent. A single letter to office@maisonvior.com is all that is required, and you retain the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.
